Turkey Taco Salad is a staple in my house! We literally have it almost every Tuesday for “Taco Tuesday.” So easy, simple, filling, and healthy!
- Brown 1lb extra lean ground turkey over medium heat
- While turkey is cooking, heat up 1 can black beans and get your toppings prepared (I like corn, diced tomatoes and avocado)
- Once turkey is browned, add in 3 Tbs MN Nice Spice Totally Taco seasoning or your choosing of taco seasoning and ¾ cup water. Cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until all liquid had been absorbed
- Put spinach on a plate and top with turkey, black beans, corn, salsa, tomatoes, avocado, and Fage plain Greek yogurt. (If you don’t want it in a salad, throw it all together in your favorite whole wheat tortilla)!
Save some leftovers for lunch the next day
