I can’t believe it’s been ONE YEAR since I shared my personal health and fitness story with you!! It’s been an incredible year. I can remember this exact same time last year. I was in Arizona with my family, and I was totally terrified to open myself up and share my struggles. In fact, I was SO nervous that my younger sister had to be the one to make me push the “post” button! However, I knew that if I didn’t get over my own fears, I would never have the chance to help other women. So I pushed post. The response that I got was totally overwhelming. So many women reached out to me and shared their stories and struggles. It absolutely blew me away. After that first post and group, I KNEW I had made the right decision to start coaching.
Since then, almost 200 AMAZING & STRONG women have put their trust in me and accepted my challenges. We are now finishing up our 12th challenge group, and the results have been incredible. So many pounds and inches have been lost, and energy and self-esteem are soaring! These women have wowed me every day of this past year. They encourage, inspire, and motivate one another, and they hold each other accountable. It’s been a really cool thing to be a part of.

Don’t let your fears hold you back. If I had let mine get in the way when I thought about joining my first Challenge Group, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
Our next Challenge Group will begin on Monday, April 11th We will focus on eating clean, portion control, and we will do 30 minutes of exercise every day. We will commit ourselves to leading a healthier and happier life! The group will run for 21 days. After all, it takes 21 days to make or break a habit! So let’s make some great new habits together!!
