“The best project you’ll ever work on is you.”
Yup! This is so true, and before I started participating in Challenge Groups, I didn’t fully understand this. I was a new mom, and I was struggling to find the balance between being the best mom I knew how to be, being a supportive wife, sister, daughter, friend…I didn’t realize it at the time, but I had put myself last on my list of priorities of things/people to take care of. Ultimately, this didn’t benefit anyone because I was low on energy, confidence, feeling a little lost with my new role as a stay at home mom, and therefore couldn’t truly be the best version of myself to be that wonderful mom and wife I wanted to be.
Does this ring true for anyone out there?

What is exactly is a “Challenge Group?” My groups are focused on making simple, positive changes you can add into your daily routine and will carry with you long after the group is over. This isn’t about taking some magic pill that is going to make you lose weight or rubbing some cream on your legs that’s going to make your cellulite disappear…NO!! Those things don’t work, and they don’t teach you anything. My goal is to help give you the tools you need to:
💪🏻 Learn how to fit 30 minutes of exercise into your already crazy, busy life
🍴Teach you how to eat the correct foods to properly fuel your body (and eat the right portions of each food group)
🙋🏼Help you learn how to prioritize yourself and your happiness, so that ultimately you can be and feel like the best version of yourself
So who is ready to commit and work on their best project yet?! The group will start on Monday, May 10th and will run for 21 days!
