How many of you just love to have that sweet creamer poured into your coffee every morning? French Vanilla, Peppermint Mocha, Carmel, Pumpkin Spice….they all sound amazing, right?! But, are they good for you?! Not so much…
In fact, most of these sweet creamers don’t even contain any dairy! In fact, they are mostly made up of oils, sugars, thickeners, artificial sweeteners, and loads of chemicals. Not something you want to be putting into your body every single day – especially for those of you who drink multiple cups a day.
So, if you’re like me and just can’t drink your coffee black, here’s a MUCH healthier way to get a cup of coffee with a little sweet, creamy goodness added in!
- Pour 1 cup coffee in blender
- Add 1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil
- Optional to add in 2-3 drops liquid Vanilla Stevia
- Blend on high for 10 seconds
- Enjoy the frothy goodness!
It seriously tastes like a coconut latte and is much healthier for you than regular flavored creamer!
