Blueberry Pie Overnight Oats

If you want something super easy that also tastes like dessert – try my “Blueberry Pie Overnight Oats” recipe! It takes less than 5 minutes to put together, will keep you feeling full all morning and has 24 grams of protein!

Directions:
πŸ’›use a mason jar or air tight container and fill with: 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1/2 cup Fage 2% plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 1-2 tbs pure maple syrup (depending on how sweet you would like it).
πŸ’› put 1/2 cup blueberries in a bowl and smash them with a fork. Pour into mason jar.
πŸ’› gently stir or shake jar until all ingredients are combined.
πŸ’› refrigerate for 8 hours (but can leave in fridge for up to 4 days).
πŸ’›Enjoy cold or microwave for 1 min if you’d like it warmed up!

(If you don’t like blueberries you can add any other kind of fruit)!
