🔹preheat oven to 425
🔹take a whole wheat tortilla (what I used here) or feel free to use a whole wheat English muffin, whole wheat pita, a Flat Out, or an Ezekiel wrap, and top with whatever ingredients you like!
🔹Today I used 1 tbs BBQ sauce, 1/3 cup cheese, 3/4 cup chicken (I bought a package of all natural rotisserie chicken to keep things quick and simple), sprinkle of thinly sliced red onion, and chopped spinach to make a clean BBQ Chicken Pizza. Delish!
🔹Cook for 7-8 minutes
