Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Tired of your same old boring vegetables? If you’re anything like me, sometimes you get in a rut and make the same few things over and over (for me it’s broccoli and asparagus). But it’s good to change things up every once and awhile, right?! Otherwise you’ll get bored!!

I didn’t discover that I liked brussels sprouts until I was an adult. If you haven’t tried them in a long time, give this recipe a go! You might just find your taste buds have changed. And if you already love brussels sprouts, then I think you’ll enjoy this quick and easy recipe!

🔹take a pan and turn the heat to medium, add in about 1 tbs olive oil
🔹once oil is hot, add in about 1 lb brussels sprouts, chopped (if you’re like me and want things as easy as possible, buy a bag that’s already chopped and shredded)
🔹cook over medium heat until brussel sprouts are bright green and fully cooked, stirring frequently (about 8-10 minutes). Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
🔹durning the last minute of cooking, add in 1-2 tbs balsamic vinegar and 1-2tbs honey.

Stir all together and enjoy this healthy side dish!
