Are you drinking enough water every day?💦💦
In my Challenge Groups we always do a weekly water challenge to help remind us to make sure we are drinking enough!
Water is essential to our health and wellness and it’s imperative that we get enough of it daily. Water helps with digestion, weight loss, energy, healthy skin, headaches, sore muscles…the list goes on and on!
But how much is enough? You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces every day. So if you weigh 150lbs, you should drink 75oz every day.
Need help drinking more water? Here are a few tips I find helpful!
💧drink one full glass right when you wake up (yes before coffee or breakfast)!
💧drink your water out of a fun glass
💧use a straw
💧carry a water bottle with you or keep one at your desk or office
💧add in fruit (my favorite combo is lemon and cucumber- makes you feel like you’re at the spa💆🏼)
💧drink a glass before each meal
💧don’t try and consume it all at one – drink it throughout the day!
