Summers are SO much fun, but they are also SO busy, right?!
We have weddings to attend, cabins to go to, barbeques with family and friends, more nights out…and of course everything includes more food and drinking! There are so many areas in life that we can use as an excuse to put our health and fitness on the back burner…I just had a baby, my son was up all night with a cold, I overslept, I didn’t have time to make it to the gym, I’ll start next week…the list goes on and on…
Believe me, I have used every excuse in the book!
BUT, I have also learned that you can absolutely find the time. Everyone is busy, everyone has things going on in their lives, and everyone has legitimate excuses. If you can just push those excuses out of your mind and change your thinking, you CAN and WILL see changes in your mind and body!
Our conditions in our lives will never be “perfect.” But you can accomplish so much if you just start now! The sooner you make the change, the sooner you will have more energy, more confidence and the ability to do things you once never thought were possible.

I’ll even provide you with delicious, easy recipes for every meal plus snacks and desserts (yes we even get to eat dessert) as well as weekly meal plans! We have awesome 30 minute workouts (it’s only 30 minutes – you’ll have 23.5 hours left in the day to do everything else –so no excuses there, right)?! And you will have support, encouragement and inspiration from the strong women in our group! Oh, and we like to have fun together, too!
